"I brought my 2010 Corolla in. The front-end was smashed to poo. Needed it fixed quick because my car is my office.
I didn't want insurance to cover it, so I paid cash. The owner was very empathetic to my situation, and provided a cash discount. Instead of charging me for needless parts, he tried to use as many good parts as possible to save me money. The final outcome was great. I couldn't have been any happier.
